Description - Description: SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Merritt (the “City”) invites Proposals from civil contracting firms, to perform construction services for the City’s proposed ‘West Merritt Active Transportatio n Path Phase 2’ (the ‘Project’), that focuses on the installation of appurtenances along the newly-constructed active transportation pathway. The Project is in the West Merritt neighborhood and will generally include solar pathway lighting, benches, garbage and recycling, a public restroom facility, and an outdoor fitness area. The appurtenances will be placed in specific locations along the approximately 2.8 - kilometer recreation route. F
