Description - Description: When an employer leaves the public system, he or she can become a WGA own risk bearer. The employer therefore becomes responsible for financing the Attributable WGA benefits and for the reintegration of the employees concerned. The contr acting authority is already the own risk bearer for the WGA and is insured.
