The VAT rate is according to the category of animal feed, which is classified in the sections (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to t he VAT Act.The Ordering Party orders 25 tons of bran, ex warehouse ZD Pawłowice.Wheat bran for animal feed should meet the following parameters:- moisture content up to 14%.- impurities up to 7%.- total protein content - minimum 14%- crude fiber content below 9%.Quality parameters: aflatoxin B-1 – below 0.02 mg/kgdeoxynivalenol – below 8 mg/kgzearalenone – below 2 mg/kgochratoxin A – below 0.25 mg/kganaerobes – absent in 0.1 gsalmonell
