In this procedure, space has been created to innovate healthcare provision thro ugh an innovation offering. The first innovation offering to be implemented is the design of Hybrid Teams. The purchase of Hybrid Teams only applies to the Municipality of Veenendaal and therefore not to the Municipality of Renswoude. These Hybrid Teams are part of the innovation offering.
