Description - Description: At-the-Ready List: The Town of Wolcott is creating an emergency event "At-the-Ready" list of qualified contactors to perform road construction work on town roads during and immediately post emergency events. This list complies with FEMA procurement requirements and to meet the town's open and fair Purchasing Policy requirements. Contractors selected will be "on the list" for one year and will be contacted for services by the Town during emergency events.
