Description - Description: The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Wolters Kluwer / CCH Incorporated for the subscription VitalLaw software, which includes Administrative Law Treatise, Antitrust Principals, Fede ral Telecommunications Law, Goldstein Copyright, and Civil False Claims and Qui Tam Actions. This software will be used by the Office of General Counsel (OGC) to access essential guidance needed to plan and present effective cases. Wolters Kluwer / CCH Incorporated is the sole provider of the VitalLaw software. The period of performance for the proposed contract action is a base period (01/01/2025 – 12/31/2025) plus four (4) twelve-month option
