Description - The purpose of this consultation is the work and annual maintenance of the Voie Réseaux Miscellaneous works in the buildings of the municipality of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine. This is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 1,200,000 euros excluding tax or 4,800,000 euros excluding tax for the total duration of the contract. It will take effect from its date of notification for a period of one year. This framework agreement is renewable three (3) times by tacit agreement, for a period of one year, without being able to exceed four (4) years.
