Description - work operation relating to the rehabilitation of the premises of the administrative headquarters of Carsat-Lr, located at 29 Cours Gambetta in Montpellier (34). The purpose of this work is to achieve the objectives imposed by the Tertiary decree, fro m the point of view of energy consumption and environmental performance of the premises, as well as the improvement of staff working conditions. The Carsat-Lr work concerns the 3 R+3 buildings (i.e. 14,022 square meters of floor space) as well as the 2 basement levels, the existing terraces or to be created, the circulation areas.
