Description - Description: The Maison des Syndicats et des Associations (MSA) is currently located on Rue d'Arcole in Le Mans, in the immediate vicinity of the Palais des Congrès et de la Culture (PCC). The building is scheduled to be demolished to free up the sp ace needed to extend the PCC as part of the rehabilitation project. In this context, Le Mans Métropole has decided to acquire the former ENEDIS site located at 2 rue Ambroise Paré, to accommodate the Trade Union Organizations in the vacant office building present.
