Description - The purpose of this consultation is to carry out work relating to the development of urban courtyards in the Madeleine district in Beaune. The contract is subject to an adapted procedure in application of articles L1111-1, L1111-2 and L2123-1-1, and of articles R2123-1 1° and R2123-5 of the Public Order Code. By way of derogation from article 3.1.2 of the CCAG TRAVAUX, notification is deemed acquired on the date the documents are sent to the buyer profile.
