Description - Description: This consultation concerns work to replace the PLC of the pumping station of the city of Blagnac. The raw water production station for irrigation of the City of Blagnac has been managed by a Modicon TSX premium PLC since it was put into service in 2005. Its program has been subject to multiple modifications following the developments of the station (replacement of the secondary filter, improvement of the process, etc.) or replacements of the automation engineers. Given the obsolescence of the PLC, replacement becomes necessary in order to compensate for a possible breakdown during the watering period. The replacement of the PLC will be carried out during the winter outage period
