Description - Description: The Workforce Outdoor Training Site project will serve our new CDL and Lineman Training programs, as well as, driving portions of our Basic Law Enforcement Training. The project site is on HCC’S main campus and the scope of work will i nclude necessary construction work to accommodate a driver training pad, a pavilion building with restrooms and instructional space, parking, a lineman pole yard, mock transformers, and all necessary infrastructure installations/connections (fiber, water, sewer, stormwater, electricity).
