Description - Description: The Assignment includes the outsourcing of workplace management. In order to guarantee the continuity of workplace management in the long term, this project aims to outsource the workplace management service to a specialized service prov ider. The devices and the workspace are purchased, set up and delivered by the CAK itself. In rounded numbers: • 1,000 laptops in use, 50 in stock. The laptops are of different brands. • 5 desktops/fat clients • 600 smartphones, of which 550 in use and 50 (mainly old) in stock • 10 tablets • 1,000 VDI workstations This will facilitate approximately 1,200 employees (internal and external).
