Description - The main purpose of the work operation is to carry out development work on public spaces in the Marais sector within the framework of the ZAC development concession for the 1st operational sector of the Rives de la Haute Deûle. During a previous con sultation published in September 2023, this batch was declared unsuccessful. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,7,9 and 10 have already been awarded as part of this consultation. Lots 6 and 8 will be awarded during another consultation. This lot n°5 is dedicated to the construction of a new wastewater station on avenue Marie-Louise Delwaulle and the deployment of a new wastewater network on Quai Hegel in Lille between rue Notebart and avenue Marie Louise Delwaulle
