Description - The company governed by these special specifications includes work relating to the construction of an indoor athletics track in Seraing. The works contract is divided into 4 distinct lots - Lot 1: this lot concerns the structural work closed, stabili ty, completions, surroundings and coordination of the other lots;- Lot 2: this lot concerns the “sports” floor covering including any prior preparation and tracing of the lines of the different disciplines;- Lot 3: this lot concerns heating, sanitary, HVAC and fire protection installation work - Lot 4: this lot concerns electricity and fire detection work. The more detailed description of each lot is indicated below in article A2.11
