Description - Description: The purpose of the contract is to undertake the works necessary to improve the building's performance in terms of energy management and consumption in order to reduce its consumption, reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, improve its energy rating and meet the basic energy saving requirements for existing buildings according to Basic Document DB-HE on Energy Savings of the Technical Building Code. The actions are also planned with the intention of promoting the use of thermal and electrical renewable energies, through their integration into the building.
