Description - Description: The Steu of Basse Goulaine - Chaland Island commissioned in 1999, is an activated sludge treatment station. Its theoretical capacity is 19400 EH for 1164 kg DBO5/J and 2910 m3/d. Currently one of the two overpectors is aging. In order to make the installation more reliable and optimize its energy consumption, the DOPEA wishes to renew it and add a 3rd rescue high. In addition, valves should be renewed because they are aging. Given this situation, the Dopea wishes to intervene on these works.
