Description - Description: The framework agreement shall ensure the Contracting Authority time and cost efficient vehicle garage services for its vehicles, over 3.5 tons. The framework agreement is divided into two sub-contracts, one applies to tractors and constr uction machines and the other applies to other vehicles over 3.5 tons.
