Description - Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into contract (Appendix A) with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to replace the existing center-hung LED display board at BC Pl ace Stadium that meets the specifications defined in section 1. The contract is expected to commence on February 28, 2025. The removal of the existing equipment will be scheduled according to PavCo's event calendar to ensure that the screens remain operable for events.
