Description - Description: Walsall Council's is seeking to procure a provider for a Parent-infant Emotional Wellbeing Counselling Service.The Council wishes to deliver qualified counsellor sessions to pregnant and postnatal parents and care givers in relation to t he infant's and the parent/s / care givers relationship within the context of their family.
