Description - Description: Walsall council has been successful in securing funding from the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) through their Net Zero Neighbourhoods (NZN), Local Net Zero Accelerator (LNZA) Programme to focus on a holistic approach to neighbou rhood-scale transitions.
