Description - Description: The 581st Software and Engineering Squadron (SWES) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia requires the reverse engineering of a radio frequency target generator also known as modulation controller assembly. The modulation controller supports the Advanced Radar/Electronic Warfare Test Station (ARTS) which tests Line Replacement units (LRUs) for the AN/ALQ-161A B-1B aircraft. The modulation controller original equipment manufacturer is no longer producing new units or repairing old ones.
