Description - Description: The Toowoomba to Warwick (T2W) pipeline is a water security initiative established by the Queensland State Government to provide water to the Southern Downs Regional Council during drought conditions. Within the T2W project, the State Go vernment has allocated funds to provide a secure water supply to the Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) townships of Cambooya, Greenmount, Nobby, and Clifton. The first construction phase includes the installation of a new DN200 trunk water main from Greenmount to Cambooya.
