Description - Description: AMMENDMENT 001: The purpose of this ammendment is to revise the PWS to Version 3, Please see attached. The period of performance will also change to 4 months, approximately March until June. The contractor shall provide all labor, materi als, equipment, and supervision necessary to erect scaffolding around the digester flare pipe, extending to the roof of the penthouse facility. The scaffolding shall be designed, installed, and maintained in accordance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
