Description - Description: Equipment for X -ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The delivery must include a complete spectrometric system with related peripherals, complete electronic, vacuum, pumping and cooling system, stations control data and SW for spectrom eter control, measuring methods, data collection and evaluation, all in one program without switching between programs. At least three additional free licenses for off-line data processing are required. The SW must contain the manufacturer of the spectrometer guaranteed and supplemented database of highly differentiated XPS data of elements and their binding and valence states, with the possibility of interactive work with these data.local title:
