Description - Description: The Council wishes to procure a single point of access Advocacy Hub to provide a range of statutory and non-statutory advocacy services for adults and in some instances young people; some elements of the provision (Care Act and IMCA) wil l extend to young people undergoing transition between Children’s and Adults Services as well as young carers. The Advocacy Hub will provide instructed and non-instructed advocacy. The Provider should ensure that it has a suitable range of advocates who are trained to support Customers across the different statutory and non-statutory requirements provided.
