Description - Description: Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to commission an organisation for 12-months, to work within our Family Hubs and outreach venues to support young parents. The purpose is to offer peer support for young or teenage parents who may feel i solated or overwhelmed, through the provision of specialised groups.
