Description - Description: RWO Midden-Holland intends to start a negotiation procedure for the purchase of services for Youth Protection and Youth Probation. The services are purchased by the 5 municipalities for which RWO Midden-Holland works. These are Bodegrave n-Reeuwijk, Gouda, Krimperwaard, Waddinxveen and Zuidplas.To initiate this negotiation procedure, RWO relies on art. 2.32 paragraph 1 sub b part 2 Aw. The services that RWO wants to purchase are provided by Certified Institutions (GIs) and may only be performed by a GI. This is laid down in the Youth Act.
