Description - Description: The Columbia-Pacific Northwest (CPN) Regional Office of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to replace the PGP 70-ton gantry crane and 60-ton bridge crane at Grand Coulee Dam; this procurement will be a hybrid supply/constru ction contract. The work is located at Grand Coulee Dam, John W. Keys, III Pump-Generating Plant adjacent to the cities of Grand Coulee and Coulee Dam in Grant County, WA. The components of work will be: A. Design and build two crane replacements at John W. Keys, III Pump-Generating Plant. B.
