Description - Description: The scope of this project is for the planning through final design and construction to replace the Animal Research Facilities (ARF) chiller system located on the 9th Floor of Building 2 on the VA CT Healthcare System (VACHS) West Haven c ampus. These improvements are required to correct the negative environmental conditions being caused by failure of the existing chiller system.
