Description - Description: The client must have leadership development for managers employed by the municipality, and invite participants from the business world, knowledge actors and from the voluntary sector. The main purpose of the procurement is therefore to e nter into an agreement with a Supplier who offers consultancy services related to planning, organizing and carrying out management development. The leadership development will be organized in two rounds for 2 groups of 25 participants, and the event will take place over 6 days in total: 4 full days plus 2 half days with 1 overnight stay.
