Taking Into Consideration The Results Of The Swot Profile And Its Methodological Orientations, Related To The Crossing Of Its Variables, The Following Strategic Challenges Have Been Selected: A) Maintain The Quality In The Services Offered By Cesac, Making Continuous Improvements In Favor Of Internal And External Customers; B) Manage The Necessary Economic Resources For The Strengthening Of Services; C) Adapt The Existing Physical Infrastructure And Build Those Necessary, In Order To Guarantee Effective Operation; D) Contribute To The Welfare Of The Soldier, Through Programs That Benefit The Health Regime And Early Detection Of Diseases; E) Implement And Enforce The Provisions Established In The Regulation Of Application Of Law No. 188-11; F) Continue With The Implementation Of C3 Command And Control Centers, At Airports; G) Migrate The Quality Management System From The 2008 Version To The 2015 Version Of Iso 9001; H) Complete The Incorporation Of Avsec Personnel Into The General Commands; I) Decrease The High Rotation Index Of The Avsec Personnel; And J) Complete The Amount Of Avsec Personnel Required By Service Positions.
