30 Sep 2028The Purpose Of This Call Is To Establish A Pool Of Editors To Develop Content, Which Will Feed Espon’S Online (And Possibly Offline As Well) Knowledge Development Campaigns. The Content Will Be Published On Espon’S Website, Territoriall Magazine, Various Online And Offline Publications, Advertorials, Social Media, Etc.
The Municipal Administration Of Schuttrange Is Constructing A New Building With More Amenities For Its Occupants And Visitors. The Technical Design Of This Building Is In Line With The Leitbild 2030 Guide And The Sustainability Constraints To Which The Municipal Administration Is Committed. As A Result, The Emphasis Is Also Placed On Maximising The So-Called "Cradle To Cradle" Approach In The Choice Of Equipment Implemented. Hot And Cold Hydraulic Production Is Achieved By Means Of A Reversible Heat Pump. Heat And Cooling Are Distributed Via Ceiling Cassette Emitters For All Non-Sanitary Premises Included In The Heated Volume. The Sanitary Premises, For Their Part, Have A Hybrid Towel Dryer (Hydraulic And Electric "Boost") Operating Only In "Hot" Mode. The Hygienic Ventilation Of The Building Is Achieved By Means Of A Ceiling-Mounted Vmc (Plate Heat Recovery Exchanger) Unit, Located In A Technical Room. A Second Unit, Dedicated To A Professional Hood Installed In The Kitchen, Allows The Extraction Of Cooking Fumes While Recovering The Heat From Them In Order To Preheat The Compensation Air. The Production Of Domestic Hot Water Is Carried Out Using Electric Instantaneous Water Heaters, Located Near The Draw-Off Points That They Supply. The Building Is Electrically Connected To The Public Network At Low Voltage, The Meters Are Installed Outside Behind The "Ticket Office". The So-Called "High Current" Installations To Be Provided Are As Follows: Lighting (Normal And Emergency) Of The Building (Interior And Exterior), Adaptations Of The Power Supplies Of The Lighting On Exterior Masts, Power Outlets, Provision Of Power Supplies And Communication Networks For The Other Technical Lots, Photovoltaic Production Installation, Etc. The So-Called "Low Current" Installations To Be Provided Are As Follows: Wireless Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Detection, Sound System, Data Distribution (Ethernet Network, Also For Wireless Network Deployment And Video Surveillance),
