Supply of Medicine and Medical / Surgical equipments : Fat emulsion injection 20% in 100ml bottle\nFat emulsion injection 20% in 100ml bottle\nEach 100ml bottle to contain in 20% w/v of soya oil\nfor parenteral use BP, 1.2 - 1.5% w/v of Lecithin\nUSNF 2.2 - 2.5% w/v of glycerol BP in a suitable\nvehicle.\nNote: Alternative formulate may be acceptable,\ntherefore tenderers should give detailed\ncomposition of product offered.\n1. The bottle should be graduated to 100ml and be\nmade of medicinal grade Polyethylene or\nPolypropylene. PVC is not acceptable.\n2. The bottle should have a device for hanging.\n3. To prevent leakage of fluid with insertion or\nwithdrawal of spike or continuous use the site of\nthe insertion of piercing spike should be covered\nwith a sterile rubber disk or bung and the plastic\ncover of the disk or bung should be fused to neck\nof the bottle right round.\n4. Each bottle should be packed individually in a\nprotective polyethylene cover.\n5. The product should be sterile and stable for a\nminimum of 24 months within a temperature range\nof 30'C - 35'C.\n6. The bottle should be labelled accordingly.\nPacking : 10 Bottles in a Box etc .
Supply of Medicine and Medical / Surgical equipments : White Stopper/Bung, luer lock & luer\nslip adaptability, with male/female\nfittings, made of polyethylene, sterile. etc .
